Florida man charged with felonies after alleged disturbance

There are instances in which many individuals may find themselves facing complicated circumstances. Being accused of felonies is one such situation in which individuals may feel worried about how to move forward. However, those who are fearful of this type of predicament may wish to find assistance in how to handle it. There are various options for such help.

One man in Florida may be hoping to find the help that best suits his case after recently being taken into custody. Reports stated that authorities were alerted to a purported dispute taking place at a residence. When police arrived at the scene, the man allegedly yelled at the officers to leave and ran out of the house without clothing. Police reportedly attempted to get the man to stop running, but he, apparently, did not. As a result, an officer used a Tazer on the man.

Police then went into the house and spoke to a woman inside. She reportedly had injuries to her face, and she stated that the man had jumped on top of her and bit her in the face. The two were reportedly married and had children.

Authorities also searched the house. They allegedly found various drugs and drug paraphernalia. As a result, the man is currently facing charges for aggravated battery, assault on police officers, resisting arrest and drug possession.

The felonies leveled against the man could have a considerable impact, and he could potentially face imprisonment if he is convicted. Therefore, he will undoubtedly wish to handle his case in the most effective manner possible. Discussing his concerns and reviewing his case with an experienced Florida attorney may prove useful to him.
