Felonies levied against Florida woman accused of beating man

In many cases, there may not always be an obvious way to handle a serious situation. Therefore, individuals often explore different routes that may be utilized in order to effectively address an issue. Individuals being charged with felonies may find taking such a step helpful to them if they are uncertain how to move forward when handling their legal predicaments.

One woman in Florida may be hoping to find the right path for herself after recently being charged. Reports stated that the woman was the caretaker for a 91-year-old man and that she allegedly beat him with an oxygen tank. The man suffered multiple injuries to various parts of his body, but he has since been released from the hospital.

The 45-year-old woman apparently alerted emergency services to the situation and stated that she found the man in a pool of blood and urine. A doctor reportedly requested that police further investigate how the man sustained his injuries. After purportedly finding a bloody oxygen tank, authorities took the woman in to custody. She is currently facing felony charges for attempted murder and tampering with evidence.

The woman will likely want to handle these felonies in the manner she finds most fitting. Therefore, exploring her possible options could allow her to understand how various routes may play out. If she feels that creating and presenting a criminal defense could be right for her, she may want to determine what steps to take in order to do so effectively. Similarly, she may find consulting with an experienced Florida attorney beneficial to her endeavor.
