Criminal defense options may interest accused Florida man

A man in Florida may be hoping to find the legal strategy that works best for him after recently being charged. Considering criminal defense options may be on the mind of the 31-year-old man who was allegedly involved in a situation involving road rage. Reports stated that the incident involved the driver of a car and two people on a motorcycle.

Apparently, the motorcyclists had been traveling as part of a group when the man reportedly cut off one of the other bikers. When they all stopped at a traffic light, the man purportedly began shouting at the motorcyclists, who also shouted back. One of the individuals on a motorcycle stated that the man put his vehicle in reverse before allegedly driving over the motorcycle. Both individuals on the motorcycle reportedly suffered injuries.

The driver of the car was initially taken into custody on charges of aggravated assault. At the time of the report, the charges had been upgraded to attempted murder. The man was also still in custody, and it was reported that his bond was set at $115,000. It was unclear whether he had obtained legal representation.

In order to handle the charges brought against him, the man may wish to explore his choices for creating and presenting a meaningful criminal defense. Such an action may allow him to combat the allegations and work toward an outcome that he desires. If he wishes to do so, he may find discussing his case with an experienced Florida attorney useful as his case moves forward.
