Florida man taken into custody for alleged sex crimes

When faced with a complex issue, many individuals will likely want to work toward understanding the predicament as much as possible. This action may prove true for parties who are facing serious charges relating to sex crimes. Because legal proceedings to address such allegations can be time consuming and complicated, accused individuals may wish to determine what actions they could potentially take to achieve their desired outcomes.

One man in Florida may be exploring his legal options after his recent arrest. According to reports, the arrest stemmed from an alleged incident of sexual assault involving a 6-year-old girl and the 27-year-old man. The man was purportedly a maintenance worker at the girl's residence, and the girl claimed that the man allegedly made her perform sexual acts on him before he took such action on her.

The purported incident apparently took place last year, but the man was only recently located by authorities. He was taken into custody on charges of sexual assault on a minor. It was also noted that he was to remain in jail without bond. It was unclear whether the man had obtained legal representation.

Allegations for sex crimes can have a considerable impact on a person's life. Therefore, the Florida man accused in this case will likely want to proceed in the manner that he finds most fitting for his situation. Information on criminal defense options and criminal court proceedings may allow him to better understand what he may face as his case moves forward. As always, the man is presumed innocent until -- and only if -- he is proven guilty in a court of law.
